- The garage is shared with the loft located below the house; the space on the left belongs to the loft and must be kept free. If the cars are small, they fit in the other two spaces, but we cannot guarantee it.

- Many leaves fall every day, so on arrival there will always be some leaves in the hot tub and on the veranda; some get in under the door, and we are unable to keep it clear.

- The city's electricity and internet may be interrupted, especially on rainy and windy days. In these cases, it is necessary to wait for the utility companies' response time, and we do not offer refunds. During an outage, only one electrical phase may go down, so showers, air conditioning and some of the lights and appliances may not work.

- The water supply is intermittent. We hand over the property with the water tanks full, but in case of excessive use we cannot guarantee an immediate refill, and it will be necessary to wait for the water company's availability.

- Our properties receive pest control treatment every six months. Even so, because they are close to wooded areas, insects and animals such as opossums and geckos may appear, especially on very hot days. We apologize if this happens, but we cannot fully control it.

- Please follow the instructions sent at check-in to avoid unexpected problems with the showers, air conditioning and refrigerator.
