The building is located in front of Lagoa and 3 blocks from Praia do Pecado, overlooking the sea. Just below there is a park for children, a picnic area, where many people enjoy the sunset, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars and a market.

We provide bed and bath linen and basic kitchen and hygiene items

The apartment has a suite with a balcony and sea view, with air conditioning and a double bed, as well as a bedroom with a single bunk bed.

Large living room with sofa bed and 50" smartv television and access to a balcony overlooking the sea. Dining room and full kitchen and a guest bathroom.

Guests have access to all independent space and condominium amenities such as swimming pool and barbecue. The barbecue is used subject to availability of reservation and payment of an additional usage fee.

Guests will check in and check out remotely, but we will be on hand for any needs.

One of the most complete locations in the city. There is a bus stop in front of the building and a few steps away are bars, restaurants and a market. In front there is also a park where families enjoy the sunset and picnics outdoors and an artistic space called Beco das Artes.

The apartment is located between Praia do Pecado and Lagoa de Imboassica, where you can rent bicycles and there are several kiosks on the beachfront.

There is also access to the Pedrinhas beach trail.

It is possible to arrive by private, app or public transport. There is also parking available on the street, in addition to the parking space.
