Casinha com piscina a 300m da praia | ROPJ03

Cidade Beira Mar, Rio das Ostras
- The city's electricity and internet may be interrupted, especially on rainy and windy days. In these cases, it is necessary to wait for the utility companies' response time, and we do not offer refunds. During an outage, only one electrical phase may go down, so showers, air conditioning and some of the lights and appliances may not work.
- Our properties receive pest control treatment every six months. Even so, because they are close to wooded areas, insects and animals such as opossums and geckos may appear, especially on very hot days. We apologize if this happens, but we cannot fully control it.
- The water supply is intermittent. We hand over the property with the water tanks full, but in case of excessive use we cannot guarantee an immediate refill, and it will be necessary to wait for the water company's availability.
- Please follow the instructions sent at check-in to avoid unexpected problems with the showers, air conditioning and refrigerator.

Any damage caused by them will be charged, as will urine or feces that require extra cleaning.
- To authorize entry, we need a photo of the ID of the guest responsible for the booking and some details of the other guests. Sending them at the last minute may delay check-in. Visitors are allowed only with prior authorization.
- Smoking is not allowed, as the smell lingers in the upholstery and rooms. There will be no tolerance if it is detected.
- Damage caused by misuse, including to linens and upholstery, will be charged, as will excessive dirt.
- The pool is handed over clean. If it needs to be cleaned again with chemicals during your stay, it may be unavailable for one day. To avoid problems, do not use oils and take a shower before getting into the water.
