- The city's electricity and internet may be interrupted, especially on rainy and windy days. In these cases, it is necessary to wait for the utility companies' response time, and we do not offer refunds. During an outage, only one electrical phase may go down, so showers, air conditioning and some of the lights and appliances may not work.
- Our properties receive pest control treatment every six months. Even so, because they are close to wooded areas, insects and animals such as opossums and geckos may appear, especially on very hot days. We apologize if this happens, but we cannot fully control it.
- Please follow the instructions sent at check-in to avoid unexpected problems with the showers, air conditioning and refrigerator.

- We accept small pets; for larger animals, please check with us first. Pets are welcome, but they must not be left locked in alone disturbing the neighbors with barking, and they must not get on the upholstery or linens. Any damage caused by them will be charged, as will urine or feces that require extra cleaning.
- Pool: every day, 8 am to 6 pm. Never walk around the building while wet.
- Hanging clothes in the windows or on the balcony is not allowed; always use the clothesline.
- To authorize entry, we need a photo of the ID of the guest responsible for the booking and some details of the other guests. Sending them at the last minute may delay check-in. Visitors are allowed only with prior authorization.
- Smoking is not allowed, as the smell lingers in the upholstery and rooms. There will be no tolerance if it is detected.
- Damage caused by misuse, including to linens and upholstery, will be charged, as will excessive dirt.
- The building rules are available in the building and apply to guests. The building staff are not our employees; if you have any problem or question, please ask us.
- Park correctly in the space assigned to the property. Garage use is monitored, and cars without authorization, parked incorrectly or occupying other spaces will be fined by the building and towed without notice.
