- We use an app to open the gate of the house, for your convenience. If you prefer not to download the app, check-in will need to be scheduled during business hours.

- There are security cameras filming the outdoor area at every entrance to the house. One of them films part of the pool and may be covered during your stay, for your privacy. The others may not.

- Water is heated by a boiler. On cold days or with many guests it may not keep up, and you will need to leave a gap between showers while it reheats.

- The city's electricity and internet may be interrupted, especially on rainy and windy days. In these cases, it is necessary to wait for the utility companies' response time, and we do not offer refunds. During an outage, only one electrical phase may go down, so showers, air conditioning and some of the lights and appliances may not work.

- Our properties receive pest control treatment every six months. Even so, because they are close to wooded areas, insects and animals such as opossums and geckos may appear, especially on very hot days. We apologize if this happens, but we cannot fully control it.

- The water supply is intermittent. We hand over the property with the water tanks full, but in case of excessive use we cannot guarantee an immediate refill, and it will be necessary to wait for the water company's availability.

- Please follow the instructions sent at check-in to avoid unexpected problems with the showers, air conditioning and refrigerator.
